A New Way To Hydrate – Bigelow Botanicals Cold Water Infusion

I’m an avid in-door cycler! I cycle at least 3-4 times a week at my local cycling studio, RYDE. Although I’ve been doing it for over 3 years now, there is always a way to challenge your self. It’s important for me to give my body the proper nutrients to recover and perform well during my cycling classes.

The key factors for me are protein shakes, whole food nutrition, anti inflammatory supplements and WATER! You would be surprised how much water you can loose in just one in-door cycling class through sweat. This is why it is key for me to stay hydrated and hit my daily water goals.

I’m always looking for new ways to hydrate and reach my daily water goals! Infused water is always more fun to drink in my opinion but I don’t always feel like doing the work. Lucky for me, Bigelow (yes, the tea brand) just dropped a new line of products called Bigelow Botanicals Cold Water Infusion! They are caffeine-free and and a new way to love your water!

Bigelow Cold Water Infusion Varieties Flavors include: Watermelon Cucumber Mint, Cranberry Lime Honeysuckle, Blackberry Raspberry Hibiscus, Blueberry Citrus Basil, Strawberry Lemon Orange Blossom. My personal fave is the Watermelon Cucumber Mint. Unlike other brands out there, this infusion doesn’t taste artificial at all. The taste is natural, fresh and light. These flavors aren’t overpowering either and they truly are reminiscent of drinking infused water.

All varieties have zero calories, no artificial anything and they fit into my healthy and active lifestyle so easily. Perfect for when I’m on-the-go and rushing to cycling. All I have to do is add one “tea bag”, 12oz of cold water, and infuse for 8 minutes. You can also infuse for longer if you want a more intense flavor!

Bigelow tea has always been a go to for me because I know exactly what I’m getting. Bigelow is a family-owned company that prides themselves on freshness with their foil packaging, as well as focuses on quality tea and ingredients and is manufactured in the US. I’m so excited to add this new line of products to my pantry. No need to cut up fresh fruit and wait hours because Bigelow did all the hard work for you. Super simple to use and most of all refreshing.
