You can easily pair these Sidecar Shrimp with brown rice and vegetable to make a complete weeknight meal or you can serve them I did here.

Sidecar Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thawed, shelled, and deveined shrimp (leave tail on)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Social Seltzer Sidecar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl, combine cilantro, garlic, soy sauce, seltzer, olive, oil, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes
  2. Add shrimp to marinade and refrigerate for 30 mins
  3. Add shrimp to the hot pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, turning once midway, until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Serve immediately.
